About Pikly

A local-first inventory app for shops that want to own their data.

Pikly is a small-business inventory and warehouse management app that runs on your phone or tablet without depending on the cloud. Stock data lives on your device. Subscriptions are optional. Your shop keeps working when the internet goes down.

What is Pikly?

Pikly is a fully offline inventory and WMS app for small shops, makers, online sellers and field operators. It covers the full operational loop, receiving, dispatching, picking, cycle counting, transfers, reporting, invoicing and Quick Sale at the counter, with barcode and RFID scanning, thermal label printing, multi-store isolation and AI invoice OCR. It runs on Android and iOS.

The product is built around three constraints SMB owners told us mattered: it must work offline, it must let you keep your data, and it must not require an ongoing cloud subscription.

Why did we build Pikly?

Most inventory tools assume two things small shops cannot rely on: a stable internet connection and a budget for monthly SaaS fees. The result is that warehouse operators end up with spreadsheets that nobody trusts, or with cloud platforms that lock the business in and bill per user, per location and per integration.

Pikly takes the opposite path. The data is local. The pricing has a real free tier, optional subscriptions for advanced features, and a one-time founder lifetime license while it lasts. Nothing in the core inventory loop depends on a remote server we control.

What does local-first really mean?

In Pikly, every item, every stock movement, every invoice and every audit trail entry is written first to a SQLite database on the device. There is no required round-trip to a hosted backend. Optional integrations exist, Shopify and WooCommerce sync, AI invoice OCR via Google Gemini, cloud backup to a folder you choose, but they are off by default and never block the core workflow.

  • Offline-first. Receive, dispatch, scan, count and sell with the network unplugged.
  • Multi-device LAN sync. Multiple tablets and phones in the same shop stay in sync over your local Wi-Fi via mDNS + WebSocket. No relay server.
  • Per-store isolation. One Pikly install can run several stores side by side without leaking data between them.
  • Open exports. CSV, Excel, PDF, accounting-format exports, your data is portable on day one and on day one thousand.

What is our promise to you?

Your data stays on your device

We do not run a multi-tenant cloud database. Pikly does not collect telemetry, item names, photos, prices or customer details from your install.

No mandatory subscription

The Free plan is permanent. Pro and Ultra are billed by Apple or Google. Founder Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases capped at 100 per tier.

Portable from day one

Every list and every report can be exported to CSV, Excel or PDF. You are never locked inside Pikly.

Built for the floor, not the boardroom

Pikly is shaped around what a counter operator, a stockroom picker or a market-stall owner actually does in a day, not a hypothetical enterprise procurement workflow.

Who is behind Pikly?

Pikly is published from France by an independent developer team. Company registration is in progress; until that completes the publisher is referenced anonymously across the site. The product is shipped in 30 in-app locales with 18 store-listing locales already keyword-researched. Support runs through a single channel, [email protected], read by a human, not a bot.

The roadmap is public, and product decisions are written down in a decision log inside the repository. Customer feedback shapes what ships next.

Try Pikly on your shop floor.
